How do I start?

Currently there are on-going committed weekdays classes. Please email if you’d like to join. New classes are added based on your needs, individually or if you have a group of 3-5 friends who’d like to practice. Each class is $20/person for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Parents can create a child/teen class for a group of 3 or more. We can increase focusing and concentration skills, lessen anxiety and stress, as well as help with flexibility to prevent sport related injuries.

I also offer private sessions for individuals who may be rehabing from an injury, have specific physical or emotional needs they would like to explore or receive support for. The cost for one hour is $100. Email invitations are sent for special seasonal or weekend classes.
