Yoga and Meditation
The yoga I teach:
is for every age, body shape and size.
is forgiving of all past and current injuries.
calms your mind.
strengthens and balances your body.
builds patience and energy for your day’s endeavors.
connects you to your breath.
is by far the healthiest way to a rest-full sleep.
Truths about my yoga classes:
This is not a religious practice.
You do not need to be flexible.
I am accepting and compassionate of where you are now with your body.
I provide a beautiful quiet space with Manduka props.
All you need to do is arrive in comfortable clothing with your favorite mat.
There are up to six people per class.
Each class is tailored to students’ needs.
No perfumes or scents are worn in the room.
Our practice space is clean, serene and rejuvenating.
How do I start?
Currently there are on-going committed weekdays classes. Please email if you’d like to join. New classes are added based on your needs, individually or if you have a group of 3-5 friends who’d like to practice. Each class is $20/person for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Parents can create a child/teen class for a group of 3 or more. We can increase focusing and concentration skills, lessen anxiety and stress, as well as help with flexibility to prevent sport related injuries.
I also offer private sessions for individuals who may be rehabing from an injury, have specific physical or emotional needs they would like to explore or receive support for. The cost for one hour is $80.
